Exported products .csv file does not appear….

Dear Experts!

I am trying to export my products from magento 2.4 store, about 5000 products, everything seems to be ok BUT the csv file never appeared…

i have try running cron manually from cli

php bin/magento cron:run

but CSV file no appearing…. could you please help me?????
