Internation store in my website

Hello

i am using magento 2.3.1 my store deals in India but now I also want to accept orders from other countries also like USA, CANADA….etc as the shipping is different country wise so can’t use the same shipping for all the countries

I want to launch an international store like www.abc.com/international

as soon as the customer lands on www.abc.com from a non-India IP, he.she will automatically navigate to ww.abc.com/international

how can I do this?
