payment status of order

we are setting a multi-vendor store on Magento 2.0 and need little help in setting up the marketplace.
we need to allow the super admin (Store owner) of the store to change the status of payment of an order.
currently, it is only showing pending in status.
in our scenario, there is a vendor but all payment of any order is received by super admin and no a particular order, he can change the payment status so the vendor can be notified about the status.
we need the following status in the order payment section
1. Pending
2. Paid
